As a community organization, you understand that many autistic or otherwise neurodivergent individuals face barriers to employment. At the same time, because of mainstream recruitment and management practices, businesses also face barriers that prevent them from successfully employing people within this population.

ACES & Guides removes this barrier by becoming the employer and contracting services to businesses, while working with them to help them remove those barriers so that they can solve their business problem by hiring from a talent pool that they could not otherwise effectively access. 

Our objective is to contribute to a vibrant and sustainable employment market in Canada for people on the autism spectrum and for other members of the neurodivergent community.
